E Books every where but not on the WCU campus.
If you do the math, then the students could have a personal tablet and all their E Books that they need for the price of the text book rental fee.
Students dont need to break their back stuggling walking around campus with 50lb backpacks.
I have asked rental and supplemental and was refwered to the faculty senate?
There is a systemic resistance to making a change over or embrasing Ebooks.
